We would like to increase our pool of contractors and are seeking SuccessFactors Consultants.

Job Description

Services Delivery

  • Lead service delivery for SuccessFactors group
  • Conducts business process analysis
  • Documents decisions
  • Presents and explains SuccessFactors functionality
  • Creates recommendations and solutions for configuration and design
  • Shares best practices
  • Troubleshoots issues
  • Delivers project management
  • Configures and gathers requirements
  • Leads testing, writes test scripts, stages testing data
  • Meets deadlines for projects
  • Solves complex business issues with the implementation of creative solutions
  • Manages project scope, timeline and budgets
  • Manages multiple projects
  • Consistently demonstrates a customer-first philosophy and the organization's core values of innovation, excellence, and integrity

Program / Services Development

  • Developing services offerings for SuccessFactors
  • Adapting current methodologies for SaaS products to fit with SuccessFactors
  • Creating delivery tools
  • Documents services methodologies
  • Conduct recruiting activities for additional consultants as SuccessFactors program develops


  • Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required


  • 3+ years of experience with SuccessFactors implementations or optimizations with proven project delivery through full project lifecycle
  • 5+ years of cloud technology implementation and project management experience.
  • Specific experience with SuccessFactors Talent Management or Core HR required
  • 2+ years of cloud sales/services support preferred
  • Corporate experience in Talent Management a plus


  • Ability to gather and document requirements, provide expertise to analyze client business requirements and suggest delivered/custom solutions to meet these requirements
  • Ability to identify risk and work with Project Managers to mitigate issues and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Problem analysis, use of judgment and ability to solve problems efficiently
